Thanks for your feedback, Gabriel. You will get the same results from the model (within the bounds of the standard error) if you set female=0 and male=1 or in general, female=i and male=(i+1).

As an aside, if you set female=(i+1) and male=i, the coefficient of Sex will be reversed.
